At All-Startz Football Academy, we are dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes respect, discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all players, coaches, staff, and parents, to ensure a positive, safe, and supportive atmosphere both on and off the field.

1. Respect and Integrity

  • All players, coaches, staff, opponents, and officials must be treated with respect at all times.

  • Follow the academy’s rules and regulations, as well as the laws of football, in both training and matches.

  • Be honest and act with integrity in all academy-related activities and interactions.

2. Discipline and Punctuality

  • Arrive on time for all training sessions, matches, and academy-related events.

  • Follow instructions from coaches and academy staff with a positive attitude.

  • Maintain discipline and consistently strive to improve as an individual and a team player.

3. Teamwork and Cooperation

  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere among teammates, prioritising team success over individual glory.

  • Be supportive and help others on and off the pitch, encouraging a collaborative spirit at all times.

  • Understand that football is a team sport, and the success of the team relies on every player’s contribution.

4. Sportsmanship and Fair Play

  • Play with fairness, honesty, and respect for the rules of football.

  • Accept the decisions of referees and officials without protest, displaying sportsmanship at all times.

  • Show humility in victory and grace in defeat. Learn from every experience and continue to develop.

5. Health, Fitness, and Well-being

  • Prioritise fitness and work hard to improve both technically and physically.

  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle through proper diet, sufficient rest, and regular exercise.

  • Inform coaches immediately of any injuries or health concerns and follow appropriate recovery procedures.

6. Behaviour On and Off the Field

  • Be a positive role model for others, both within the academy and in public spaces.

  • Conduct yourself with respect in all settings, including online platforms, as you represent All-Startz Football Academy.

  • Refrain from engaging in any form of substance abuse, violence, or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Commitment to Learning and Growth

  • Approach each training session with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

  • Accept feedback from coaches and use it to improve your football skills and personal development.

  • Continuously strive for improvement, always seeking new challenges to enhance your abilities.

8. Anti-Bullying and Inclusion

  • Treat all individuals equally, regardless of background, gender, race, ethnicity, or ability.

  • Create and maintain an inclusive environment where all players feel valued and respected.

  • Speak out against bullying and discrimination in any form, and help ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Consequences of Violating the Code of Conduct

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, which may include warnings, suspension from training or matches, or even expulsion from the academy, depending on the severity of the breach
